Kimberly Nilsson stayed sober through the dark and devastating times associated to Nils's suicide. She has recovered from the complexities of surviving a loved one’s suicide to rediscovering a beautiful life and openly shares her spiritual journey.
Kimberly is an Addiction and Grief Recovery Specialist. She has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and has studied Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, life coaching, Power of Now, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Grief and Loss, the Law of Attraction, Buddhism, Hinduism, & So-Hum Meditation. She has been involved in a 12 Step Program for more than three decades. Kimberly is dedicated to helping those who have lost someone to suicide, wrestle with suicidal thoughts, struggle with addiction, or mental health issues.
