Laurie Sharp

Laurie Sharp is the author of "Hudson's Monarch Nursery" and "The Day Sweetie Pie Died." She has been a Pre-K teacher for more than three decades. Nature and its wondrous cycle of life inspire her writing and outdoor teaching to all ages. Laurie splits her time between her ranchette in Central Texas and her family’s lake house in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. When not writing, she can be found caring for and being inspired by her pets, farm animals, wildlife, and multiple gardens.
