Larry Pons

Larry Pons completed undergraduate and graduate studies at Wake Forest University while playing Division 1 football. Shortly afterward, he married his childhood sweetheart, Susan, and their proudest accomplishment is raising four successful children, who in turn are raising their 8 grandchildren. Prior to his 45-year tenure at Christian Training Center International (now The Inn of Last Resort), he directed several programs for severely troubled children throughout the southeastern United States. This work helped comprise his and Susan’s current influence which has led them to minister to participants from over 100 nations through their acclaimed Train To Reign programs. They have traveled extensively and presently reside in Franklin, North Carolina.
