Greg Kushnir is a dedicated educator with nearly four decades of experience in public education, including 17 years as a principal. He holds a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Education in Special Education with a focus on reading difficulties, both granted through the University of Alberta. Over his 17 years as a principal, Greg led three schools to international recognition as Model Professional Learning Communities, exemplifying the power of collaboration, data-driven practices, and a shared commitment to student success. Greg continues to extend his expertise beyond the school setting, supporting schools across North America in developing Professional Learning Communities, Implementing Response to Intervention frameworks, and more recently adopting evidence-based practices aligned with the Science of Reading.
