Dr Barry Knowles

Dr. Barry Knowles is an educator, entrepreneur, traveler, and author dedicated to helping people understand complex ideas and apply them in practical ways. He taught for ten years across a wide range of educational settings, including elementary school, middle school, high school, college, and graduate school, with a specialization in working with students identified with emotional disturbance. His work focused on helping students overcome challenges, build confidence, and succeed both academically and personally.

Dr. Knowles earned his Master of Science from Florida International University, where he also completed a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and biblical studies, and later received his Doctor of Education (EdD) from West Virginia University. In addition to his academic training, he has attended numerous workshops and seminars in biblical training and has spoken at many churches, sharing practical insights from Scripture and encouraging believers in their faith.

Alongside his work in education and ministry, Dr. Knowles has spent over 20 years successfully starting, managing, and selling multiple businesses, including S-Corporations and LLCs. His professional experience includes work with companies such as IBM, Compaq, Coors, and NEC, and his entrepreneurial success was featured in Inc. magazine.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Knowles enjoys traveling the country in an RV, exploring different states, visiting national parks, and experiencing the freedom of boondocking on the open road. These journeys reflect his love of adventure, discovery, and the beauty of God’s creation.
