After a fulfilling 30-year career in corporate America, I retired in 2022 to dedicate my time and energy to helping others. Certified in Healing Touch, Yoga, and Thai Chi, I’ve always been passionate about wellness and supporting individuals on their journey to better health and balance.

I actively volunteer with numerous charities, focusing on causes that uplift seniors and people with disabilities. My work with these organizations inspired me to create books as a way to give back. The proceeds from my books help fund the charitable initiatives closest to my heart, ensuring that I can continue to make a meaningful difference in my community.
