Kim Thomas is an executive leader, author, and leadership coach with nearly three decades of experience in information technology executive leadership. Having led large-scale teams at Fortune 500 companies and major healthcare organizations, Kim has built a reputation for driving operational excellence, cultivating strong workplace cultures, and developing high-performing teams.

As a writer and speaker, Kim is passionate about helping professionals integrate faith and work, believing that every workplace can be a mission field. Her debut book, The Sacred Cubicle, explores how to rid the workplace of toxicity and further the Kingdom of God by embodying goodness, kindness and other Biblical attributes in their professional lives. Drawing from her own experiences in executive leadership, she offers practical wisdom for those seeking to bring purpose, integrity, and faith into their careers.

Kim is also a certified leadership and career coach, mentoring professionals through her company, The Sacred Cubicle LLC, Propel Women and other leadership development programs. She is a sought-after speaker on topics of faith, leadership, and workplace culture, inspiring others to see their work as a sacred calling.

When she’s not writing or coaching, Kim enjoys traveling, national parks, and discovering leadership lessons from the great outdoors. She lives in Pasadena, California, with her husband, David, and their teenage daughters, Sydney and Brooke.
