Jerry Fleury

Jerry Fleury is a visual artist, illustrator, and author, and the creator of the Pollinator Path Press children’s book series. His work blends art and storytelling to help children understand the natural world through engaging, character-driven narratives.

As an Artist-in-Residence in several U.S. National Parks, Jerry developed a deep appreciation for how landscapes, wildlife, and small ecological interactions connect. That perspective shapes his books, where real-world science is woven into stories children can see, feel, and understand.

In books like Beckham Bumblebee Can’t Do It Alone, Jerry combines visual storytelling and narrative to help children learn how pollination works while building core social-emotional skills such as cooperation, patience, and courage.

Jerry lives in Southern California and continues to create work that connects art, story, and science to inspire curiosity about the natural world.
