Meet Paula Lamb, a South African expat now living in the beautiful city of Vancouver, Canada. With a diverse background in the service industry, physical fitness, nutrition, health, and personal growth coaching, Paula has dedicated much of her time to empowering individuals on their journey toward holistic well-being—spiritually, mentally, and physically. Today, she focuses her energy on passions closer to home: podcasting and connecting with her Christian community.

A committed volunteer, Paula believes that giving back is part of our greater purpose on Earth.

Through her podcasts, Beyond to Freedom and Knowing Me, Knowing You with Paula, she aims to entertain, empower, and ignite transformation. In her co-authored anthologies—She Stands Strong: 30 Personal Stories of Strength & Resilience, She Glows: Empowering Women through Wellness and Self-Care, and her latest contribution to Becoming an Unstoppable Woman: Rise of the Phoenix—Paula thoughtfully weaves together personal stories from childhood and adulthood and the influence they had on her life, the choices she made and where she is today. Her writing conveys key messages about overcoming fear and doubt, embracing inner courage and strength, and the importance of nurturing our spiritual, mental, and physical well-being.
