Karen currently writes for her local newspaper, where she enjoys shining a light on her community's people, places, and history. Her debut children's book blends reality with whimsy, delivering an authentic and relatable life lesson. Outside of writing and photography, Karen cherishes her role as a grandmother, finding joy in sharing tales and adventures with her grandson.
