From Passion Projects to Executive Leadership

Her third business, Dopey Kid Originals, was a passion project—one that shaped some of her fondest memories, mentoring children and youth through creative programs. Those early years reinforced what she already knew: teaching, leading, and helping others succeed was where she thrived.

She carried that passion into executive leadership, managing national accounts, developing high-performing sales teams, and designing sales strategies that drove millions in revenue. As a General Manager, she led a team of 50+ associates across 15 locations, increasing employee engagement, developing leadership programs, and implementing growth strategies that resulted in measurable business success.

In 2021, burnout hit hard. It forced a reckoning. And that’s when she knew—she wasn’t meant to just “work hard.” She was meant to help others work smarter, find balance, and avoid the same crash.
