In 2009, the thoughts that cause suffering and a sense of separation stopped at a silent retreat. For the next few weeks, I simply experienced everything as a single benevolent flow. Then, when the thoughts of separation returned, they didn't seem credible. Instead, there was curiosity over how they could create suffering.

Out of that curiosity, many techniques developed that helped the thought patterns to relax. And, there has been grace to hold the conditioning and understand it. Once the conditioning is fully seen, it often seems to naturally complete itself. No longer is there a struggle with my nature. I see that my nature is actually to move toward more peace, love, and joy.

From this perspective, the underlying Infinite Being that I (and everything) has always been comes more into the foreground of awareness. As I see beyond every idea of “should,” I sense more fully this inner curiosity and love of adventure that stem from Infinite Being and have motivated every experience. With this seeing, I recognize that somehow I have completed this circuit of discovery without actually going anywhere.

We are what we were seeking. We are naturally complete.

I don't teach or espouse any philosophy, beliefs, or dogma. I share only from experience.

And on a traditional note, my first bachelor degree was in mathematics and English with a minor in Spanish. Then I earned an M.S. in chemical engineering and worked for Kimberly-Clark and Johnson and Johnson. I also earned an MBA. Next, I pursued graduate studies in theology and in psychology for several years. Finally, I changed to an unaccredited school to study relationships, communication, and sexuality. I coached couples, finding relationships to be particularly fertile for self discovery. Then, I was guided to get a bachelors in medical ultrasound, which has given me flexibility in where I live and given me more time for writing. I now live with my husband in a coastal town in northern California. We're both nature lovers and especially enjoy hiking.

I share more of my spiritual openings, starting as a child, in my books.

My website is called Experiencing The True Self. And, you can find an interview with me on Buddha at the Gas Pump.
