A partner with The Rawls Group, Hugh has delivered seminars to over seventy automotive 20 Groups, multiple industry associations, plus ten National Automotive Dealer Association conventions.

Hugh has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado, a Masters of Youth Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary, and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a Certified Succession Planner (CSP).

Beyond his professional work, Hugh is a dedicated family man. Hugh is married to Lisa, has two married children and five granddaughters, and resides in Woodland Hills, California.
