D. Leroy Brown

D. Leroy Brown is a Navy Vietnam veteran who received the Navy Achievement Award for coastal patrols in the South China Sea and a Navy Commendation with a combat insignia for his service on 203 combat patrols on a Strike Assault Boat in the Mekong Delta in 1970. He lives with his wife of 40 years near his daughter and grandson in eastern Tennessee.
