Nicholas Whitaker

Nicholas Whitaker is a bestselling author, coach, and educator helping high performers and leaders rethink success, reclaim their time, energy, and attention, and realign their actions with what truly matters.

As a coach, he works with mid-career professionals (especially those in tech) who feel trapped in the grind and are ready to lead their own Quiet Rebellion. Through 1:1 coaching, group programs, and retreats, he helps them break free from outdated definitions of success, reconnect with themselves and the world around them, and build more intentional, fulfilling lives.

He is also the co-founder of Changing Work, an educational nonprofit and community initiative focused on conscious leadership and business. Through books, workshops, and community-building, Changing Work helps leaders and organizations integrate self-awareness, compassion, and ethical leadership into the way they work.

Before returning to entrepreneurship, Nicholas spent 13 years at Google, working at the intersection of media, education, and mindfulness. Now, he’s committed to challenging the systems that keep people stuck—and helping them build a more sustainable way forward.

When he’s not coaching or writing, you can find him facilitating nature-based mindfulness retreats, DJing , or dispersed camping somewhere off the grid.
