Jennifer A Biggins

Jennifer is the Founder and CEO of Independently Developing a New Way, Inc, that was established in 2009 and of Michael Hearts Academy. Michael Hearts Academy was started in October 2019, increase social skills in individuals with intellectual disabilities by providing different activities in the community with a focus on daily living skills to enhance their meaningful day. Educating the community and bring awareness to these disabilities. Michael Hearts Academy was created to represent the passionate love by help and giving to others. Michael’s unfortunately drowning accident led to him losing his life at the age of 14 on June 17, 2012. This hardship became the platform to help individuals with disabilities.

Jennifer served 10 years with an agency for person with disabilities. She continues to service both children under21 and adults with intellectual and developing disabilities through long term care and personal care services. The mission is to treat all individuals equally and at the same time provide them with the best care while promoting and maintaining quality of life.

She focusses on providing the highest quality services to families in need. Jennifer is dedicated to helping our individual lead dignified, independent lifestyles in the comfort and safety of their own homes and community. She does this by carefully assessing and fully understanding their needs.
