Bram Duffee, PhD, EMT-P, is a full-time paramedic based in Houston, Texas, and a respected author, educator, and researcher in emergency communication. He has written three books on communication, including Psychological Emergency Communication and Care by First Responders and Hypnotic Communication in Emergency Medical Settings: For Life-Saving and Therapeutic Outcomes (also available in German). Bram has taught university courses in Research, Health Communication, and Leadership – he is an online part-time Assistant Professor of Communication at Kennesaw State University. Bram also hosts the podcast EMS Research with Professor Bram.
