Barbara Thomason

Barbara Thomason encourages all young people to read and write as much as possible! She has had many satisfying careers working as a professional Girl Scout, in a large corporation in training and development, as dean in a community college, as a president in a chamber of commerce, and in community and economic development in both paid and volunteer roles.

Now, she has discovered so many new colleagues and friends in her community where she lives in Spring Branch, Texas near Canyon Lake, and within the pages of the books she writes. She lives with her husband, and near Austin where her two wonderful grandchildren, Chandler and Camden, live. Life is good!

Barbara creates characters to demonstrate resilience, make good choices, make mistakes, and forgive themselves. They show us all how to reach for our dreams and be brave enough to take the steps necessary to realize them. Be watching for more books from Ms. Thomason in 2025 and 2026.
