Delaney Thomas

Delaney Thomas is a Nova Scotia-based youth care worker and former educator with a background in psychology. Originally from Vermont, she moved to Canada in 2016 to pursue her studies and has since dedicated her career to supporting youth. Passionate about mental health and social-emotional learning, Delaney strives to create stories that help children navigate big emotions with confidence, self-compassion, and resilience.
