During her medical practice, she discovered that 90% of diseases are related to stress and emotions. In some cases, even after visiting psychologists, patients were still unable to resolve their issues. The root cause, she realized, lies in patients not understanding the truth of human nature, as well as the unresolved problems of habitual thinking and emotional patterns. When she shared these insights with her patients, they experienced significant transformations, and their illnesses often improved rapidly.

She wishes to share this knowledge with more people. This book is concise but packed with valuable insights, designed to save time while delivering essential wisdom.

She passionately believes that everyone deserves to be healthy and beautiful and hopes to share this knowledge with as many people as possible.
