Paul Flavin is a serial entrepreneur and award-winning business coach who learned success the hard way through building, scaling, and selling several companies of his own. After a back injury ended his career as an Automotive Engineer, Paul navigated through various roles before a chance conversation on Southend Pier led him into financial services. Over two decades, he built and scaled multiple successful companies, experiencing both triumphs and setbacks that would later shape his coaching philosophy.

Working alongside his own business coach for 10 years gave Paul unique insight into both sides of the coaching relationship. This experience, combined with his hands-on success in scaling businesses, formed the foundation for his coaching career. Within just two years of becoming a business coach, Paul’s results-driven approach earned him both National and International awards.

Now, as co-founder of GROW Partnership, Paul is on a mission to help one million business owners take control of their destiny through better knowledge and understanding.
