D.E. Ciolak is a debut novelist whose passion for storytelling began in the small room she shared with her sister while living in Poland. What started as late-night writing sessions bringing her imagination to life has blossomed into her first novel, a testament to the power of persistent dreaming.

A graduate of creative writing course in Birkbeck, University of London, she has always been fascinated by the ways stories can transform our understanding of ourselves and the world around us. This novel represents years of careful writing, countless drafts, and the unwavering support of writing groups, beta readers, and her closest friends and family.

When not writing, she can be found hunting for new fantasy books that might inspire her own writing and reading unhealthy amount of fan fictions/manhwas.
