Paul Cooper is a former police officer and a multi-award-winning app developer. His life hasn’t been conventional. Growing up in the care system, Paul faced challenges that could have easily defined his future. His inspiring story is shaped by the resilience and determination he developed at such a young age.

Paul's career in policing exposed him to the inefficiencies and frustrations that frontline officers often faced. He witnessed how technological gaps hindered their effectiveness, particularly in critical situations. In response, he decided to act. Using his family's savings, determination, and vision, he developed Pocket Sergeant, an innovative mobile app designed with user input. This app quickly became an essential tool for police officers and legal professionals. Pocket Sergeant transformed access to legislation, procedures, and vital information, enabling officers to make smarter and faster decisions. Today, the app is a bestseller, with thousands of subscribers.

Paul did not stop there. His knowledge of policing and personal experiences led him to create Misper, an app that helps locate missing people. By integrating information gained through research studies and mobile technology, Misper has proven to be a valuable tool for coordinating searches.

In addition to his contributions to public safety, Paul is the founder of NE Digital, an organisation specialising in developing custom websites, content management systems, and mobile applications. Due to his innovative success, many individuals consistently seek his guidance in digital technology.

Throughout all his achievements, Paul is most passionate about giving back and helping others.
