D.B. Aubrey

D.B. Aubrey is an author, entrepreneur, and advocate for childfree women. Growing up in a modest town in the Philippines, she experienced the hardships of a family caught in destructive patterns. Refusing to be defined by her past, she committed herself to self-discovery, financial empowerment, and a purpose-driven life. Aubrey’s journey took her across continents, eventually settling in Paris, France, where she built a thriving career and embraced a life beyond traditional expectations. As a stepmother to three girls, she experienced motherhood in a unique way—one that ultimately reaffirmed her decision to remain childfree.

Her debut book, “Thriving in Otherhood: How to Live Your Best Life as a Childfree Woman”, was inspired by deep personal reflection and the experiences of women who felt left out of the motherhood narrative. Through her writing, she challenges societal norms and empowers women to live boldly, unapologetically, and with a deep sense of purpose—whether they choose motherhood or a different, equally fulfilling path.

When she’s not writing, Aubrey enjoys exploring new ideas, hosting meaningful conversations, and championing the voices of women who redefine what it means to live a full and joyful life.
