David Cant

David Cant’s career has taken him across the world, but particularly around Russia, where he lived in the early “killer” nineties. After returning to the UK, he took a couple of roles involving Government before setting up his own company in 1996. David became a Russia specialist and in addition to business activities, wrote several publications and was a frequent Russia commentator on radio and tv. David speaks several languages including Russian, and has a Diploma in Journalism. His interests include music, travel, writing and sailing. His most recent achievement was in December 2024 when he sailed the Atlantic, causing his car to explode.
