INDRONEIL
THE PERSON
Hailed by many as a prodigy, savant or maverick, Indroneil has right from his childhood upheld his uniqueness. He has, by choice, never taken the trodden path or followed established trends of living life. Not because he is a rebel but because his choice making has been and is always guided by an inner voice or what he calls is his Inner Compass, which evidently points towards ways that align to this uniqueness. This uniqueness is innately coded in his essence, his memetic DNA.
Indroneil’s core purpose throughout his adult life has been to enable human transformation. Starting in late 80’s, in the first 15 years, he went through self-transformative experience by going through experiential labs. In the next 15 years he enabled leadership transformation through Transformational Coaching, learning journeys and interventions. Finally, he chose to heal and transform individuals with Bach Flower essences as a practitioner from 2014.
Indroneil has touched and transformed lives of more than 20,000 individuals as a guide and accompanist, in their transformative journeys. This has earned him the title of Human Alchemist. Indroneil values his inner wisdom more than third-party knowledge and advice. Coupled with his innate intuition and instinct, this has always helped him in quick decision making. His decisions are often far reaching and can envisage realities well ahead of time. This has helped him to be trend setting and stay ahead of competition. Indroneil has stayed true to his inner voice in being guided in his life’s journey. He has never allowed anything or anyone to influence him in making choices, staying true to himself. He has never dithered from calling spade a spade, even if it meant losing someone’s favor.
Indroneil is a stickler for commitment. He promises to deliver and delivers to his promise, no matter what. He is a die-hard believer in being customer and client centric. What matters to him is not what is done or delivered but what happened, what did it cause.

THE HEALER
Indroneil’s journey as a healer is deeply rooted in spirituality, mindfulness, and an innate ability to connect with human emotions. Since the age of 14, his meditative practices and profound spiritual experiences have shaped his holistic understanding of healing and transformation.
As an Applied Behavioural Scientist, a Gestalt psychotherapist and a Transformational coach, Indroneil brings a scientific and empathetic perspective to his healing practices. As an internationally acclaimed Bach Flower practitioner, he specializes in Transformative Healing through Bach flower essences. His approach transcends conventional methods by focusing on diagnosing and addressing the root causes of emotional complexities. Indroneil’s unique ability to deeply observe and listen allows him to uncover underlying drivers of behaviour and emotions and create personalized, harmonious composites.
Indroneil’s work with Bach Flower essences, which he began in 2010, emphasizes the self-healing power of nature. He believes in facilitating, rather than intervening in, the natural healing process. This philosophy led him to transform the practice of healing with bach flowers from a mystical approach into a structured scientific discipline, now known as Floral Alchemy™.
In addition to practicing Transformative Healing, Indroneil educates individuals and groups on the art and science of Bach Flower remedies, making this profound method accessible and actionable.
Indroneil’s healing contributions span over two decades, encompassing music, mindfulness, and meditation. His intrinsic compassion and intent to heal have allowed him to support Transformative Healing even before his formal induction into therapeutic modalities, solidifying his reputation as a healer who nurtures growth from the core.
THE MASTER
Indroneil’s evolution into a teacher, coach, and guide stems from 15 years of immersive experiences with Human Behavioural Process Labs. His natural inclination toward facilitating learning and organizational change led him to pioneer impactful interventions in the corporate world.
In the early 2000’s, Indroneil revolutionized the concept of corporate learning. At a time when ‘training’ was the dominant approach, he advocated for a paradigm shift towards ‘learning’—emphasizing accountability for outcomes rather than merely delivering content. Through his consulting firm iProdigy, he influenced over 60 clients, committing to measurable business impact through learning initiatives.
As a global pioneer of Transformational Coaching, Indroneil began his practice in 2007, long before the term was widely recognized. His contributions helped establish Transformational Coaching as a cornerstone of executive development, earning it recognition in The Complete Handbook of Coaching as the most advanced form of coaching. He developed the Hourglass Model, a framework for guided exploration, reflection, and application that facilitates profound insights. This model enables clients to navigate discoveries at four levels, fostering both depth and growth.
In addition, Indroneil integrated his innovative Human Alchemy framework, a five-stage process, into his coaching methodology.
This synergy enhances the transformational journey by aligning the client’s inner evolution with actionable outcomes.
Indroneil’s ability to challenge conventions and design pioneering approaches has established him as a thought leader in learning and coaching. His work continues to empower individuals and organizations to unlock their potential through guided self-discovery and transformational growth.
THE MUSICIAN
Indroneil’s relationship with music began in an environment imbued with the essence of Hindustani classical traditions. Though not from a family of musicians, he was immersed in music from childhood, thanks to his father, a connoisseur and critic for All India Radio. The family home in Lucknow became a hub for private concerts, featuring legendary artists like Pandit Ravi Shankar and Pandit V G Jog.
Even as a child, Indroneil exhibited prodigious musical sensibilities, intuitively understanding ragas and their nuances. This deep connection to music found expression in his early teens when he modified a slide guitar to create the Indra Veena, a unique instrument to channel his passion for Hindustani classical music. This marked the beginning of a lifelong journey into the depths of musical exploration.
While music was his sanctuary, studies often took precedence, and his practice was informal yet profound. His approach focused on capturing the soul of the raga, emphasizing beauty and embellishment over technical correctness. By the mid-1980s, Indroneil had completed his Sangeet Prabhakar with distinction and performed at notable events, including the Festival of India in Switzerland.
A transformative moment came under the guidance of Pandit Brij Bhushan Kabra, where he grappled with the dichotomy between performing for recognition and surrendering to the purity of music. Choosing devotion over ego, Indroneil stepped away from the stage to embrace music as a personal, spiritual communion.
Today, Indroneil continues his intimate relationship with music, playing for himself in solitary bliss. Aligned with the divinity of Hindustani classical traditions, he finds fulfilment not in public applause but in the transcendent joy of being one with his beloved art.
