Alysha is a successful Fractional CFO and Founder of Fast Growth Consulting and has been working within startups and scaleups since 2006. She has worked with many startups in the UK & Europe, USA, Singapore and Australia. She has vast experience with fast growth businesses, including two substantial exits - Lovefilm (acquired by Amazon) and Funding Circle (IPO).

Using this experience, Alysha trains new and aspiring Finance leaders within startups and scaleups in her program, Financial Leadership Fundamentals - that includes a 5 step framework that can be implemented easily by her students across the globe. Alysha brings firsthand expertise in scaling companies and building high-performing finance functions.
