Anthony Vekich

Anthony Vekich is the creator of the P.E. Gang, a club that teaches his physical education students the importance of teamwork, playing fair, being honest, being respectful, and trying to do their best in anything they choose to do. The stories he has written are based on true events that happened to him growing up and his experiences while teaching P.E. for the last 30 years.

Some of Anthony’s favorite memories are things that happened while playing sports. As a child, he was a very shy person and found it difficult to make friends at a new school, but he found it became easier to meet new people through sports and P.E. He now wants to help children see the value in physical education and the bonds that it can build.
