William A. Bader

William A. Bader, JD, CPA, is a retired attorney and consultant whose career highlights include over twenty-five years at Mercer, a leading global retirement and human resources consulting firm. During his time at Mercer, he advised large organizations on 401(k) governance, conducted fiduciary training, and reviewed the administration of hundreds of retirement plans. Before joining Mercer, he practiced pension, 401(k), and tax law at several law firms, including Fried Frank. Bader is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and Hofstra Law School.
