Dax Dasilva

Dax Dasilva is a global tech leader, environmentalist, and author, most well-known as the founder of Lightspeed Commerce Inc. and Age of Union. In 2005, Dasilva founded Lightspeed, a one-stop commerce platform for retail, hospitality, and golf merchants in over 100 countries. In 2019, Dasilva released his debut book, Age of Union, as a compelling guide for igniting today's changemaker. This would later inspire Dasilva’s non-profit environmental alliance, Age of Union, which is committed to uniting humanity with nature through global conservation efforts, film, and immersive experiences.

Dasilva has produced an array of short independent documentaries on YouTube, and in 2023, he was honoured with an Emmy award for his contribution to Wildcat.

In 2025, Dasilva will release his second book, Echoes from Eden, which chronicles his voyage to some of the world’s vanishing frontiers where he joins forces with legendary conservationists like Dr. Jane Goodall in a rallying cry for environmental stewardship.
