Eric Dale Joseph

Eric Dale Joseph is a longtime resident of Chicago, the setting for his mystery series. Joseph brings his love of film noir thrillers to his writing but does so with his own unique, comic twists. He is trained in improv theater and performed for several years as half of a radio comedy duo. Joseph retired from a career in public health during which he consulted in numerous Native American communities. Characters from these communities figure prominently in his novels. Joseph co-owns a used book business and prides himself on reading as many of the books he acquires as possible.
