Jess Dickerson

Jess D (they/them) is an Infant and Travel Nanny with training as a Full Spectrum Doula. They have extensive experience in education and supporting people through crisis. Jess is also an artist who loves inspiring the people in their community to nurture their own creative outlets. It’s common you’ll find them catching creative inspiration for art while working with families. Their creative outlets outside of writing include: macrame, painting, drawing, songwriting and playing folk instruments. As an in-home caregiver, they strive to balance the load on parents so parents can then be more available to contribute to society in other roles that bring fulfillment and keep the household going. In their free time, Jess D is probably singing to the wildlife outside, doing life with their beautiful constellation of chosen family or dreaming up another art project.
