I’m an Internal Medicine doctor working in Switzerland, and my journey into writing began not with a plan, but with a moment. A moment that changed how I saw my role as a physician—not just to diagnose and treat, but to educate and empower.

One day, I was speaking with a patient in his early 50s. He had been struggling for years with chronic fatigue, high blood pressure, and weight gain. As I explained his condition in simple, relatable terms—how stress, diet, and sleep were deeply connected to his symptoms—he looked at me and said, “Why has no one ever explained this to me like this before? I finally understand what's happening in my own body.”

That moment struck a chord. It made me realize just how many people feel lost when it comes to their health—not because they don’t care, but because no one ever took the time to really explain. That’s when I knew I had to start writing books. Books that would bring medical knowledge out of the clinic and into people’s everyday lives in a way that feels personal, practical, and empowering.

Most of my books focus on health, wellness, fitness, and the science behind how our bodies function. I aim to simplify complex concepts without losing their essence—so readers can make smarter choices, feel stronger, and live more consciously. Whether it's nutrition, muscle building, natural healing, or chronic pain—my goal is to offer clarity, not confusion.

Beyond medicine, I also have a deep interest in economics, especially in how it shapes health, behavior, and society. That’s why I occasionally write on economic topics as well, offering a grounded, accessible perspective for those curious about the world around them.

Through every book, I hope to build a bridge between science and the real world—to help readers not only live longer, but live better.
