Malcolm Sanders

Throughout my life, I’ve accomplished many of the things I first imagined myself doing. That realization sparked a deep desire to share the “how-to” behind those experiences—because if I can do it, indeed others can too.

My writing journey began as a reflection on the lessons I’ve learned, the wisdom I’ve gathered, and the inspiration I’ve received over the years. My books are deeply personal, grounded in direct experience, and written with the hope that readers facing similar challenges might find clarity, empowerment, and peace.

In *From Meditation to Manifestation*, I guide readers on a journey of self-discovery, sharing how meditation, surrender, and mindset shifts can open the door to abundance. My inspiration came through my own life-changing meditation practice, including an out-of-body experience during a Dr. Joe Dispenza retreat.

In *Helping Mom and Dad with AI*, I offer a simple, practical guide to help seniors embrace new technologies like AI without fear of being overwhelmed. As the family tech helper, I’ve seen firsthand both the resistance and the transformative benefits of integrating tools like Siri or Alexa into daily life.

My personal mantra is: “Surrender, and the world will open up to you. The more you resist, the less open you are to receive all the gifts and abundance you were meant to have.”

Optional Author Q&A (For Amazon Author Central)

**Q: What inspired you to write *From Meditation to Manifestation*?**

In 2024, I began a daily meditation practice with Dr. Joe Dispenza’s Progressive Course. By September, I attended an advanced retreat and had my second out-of-body experience—this time entirely through meditation. It was then I knew I was changing my future by transforming who I was.

**Q: What mindset shift do you hope readers take away from the book?**

Let go of resistance. Surrender. Stop telling yourself why you can’t succeed. Instead, become no one, in no time, nowhere... and allow yourself to dream. Ask, “What would it look like if _____?” and watch your higher self get to work.

**Q: Why write a book on AI for seniors?**

As a lifelong tech enthusiast and the go-to helper in my family, I saw how overwhelming technology could be—especially for older generations. I wanted to offer a kind, step-by-step guide to help others use AI tools to simplify their lives.

**Q: What’s one tool every senior should know?**

Start with just one voice assistant—Siri, Alexa, or OK Google. These tools can schedule appointments, make calls, send texts, and even save lives. Start small, build confidence, and expand from there.

**Q: Any fun facts about you?**

My father still refuses to own a cellphone. That contrast keeps me grounded as I write tech guides for seniors!
