His debut novel, *A Dance in Time*, is the first book in the *Gods of Time* duology. Inspired by his love of history and speculative fiction, Jay explores what happens when people from different eras are forced to confront worlds they were never meant to see.

When he isn’t writing, he enjoys gaming, cars, and spending time with his family. He lives in Florida.
