Jani Bryson

My name is Jani Bryson, and I have spent more than thirty years helping people buy and sell homes in Kansas City. I am a licensed agent with Platinum Realty in Kansas and Missouri, I have closed hundreds of transactions, and I hold the ABRŪ designation. Along the way I founded and grew my own 35-agent brokerage in Overland Park and trained more than 100 agents.

What sets my work apart is that I bring three careers to every home. Before real estate, I designed steel buildings and cold storage facilities, so I see what an inspector will see before an inspector ever sees it. I also built an award-winning photography career, with honors including the Kodak Gallery Award, First Place from the Professional Photographers of America, and the American Marketing Association PEAK Award. Every home I list is priced by a market veteran, evaluated by a trained structural eye, and presented by a professional photographer.

I am known as The Real Estate Shaman because I also read what most agents miss: the energetic signature of a home, the feeling buyers respond to within ninety seconds of walking in. That awareness comes from my work as a quantum consciousness guide, where I lead people into elevated states of consciousness for personal growth and healing through one-on-one sessions and digital courses.

I am a lifelong Johnson County resident and spend about half of each year at Table Rock Lake in the Missouri Ozarks.
