Tamara Makoni

Tamara Makoni is a culture and inclusion specialist and author whose work focuses on cross-cultural dynamics, identity and inclusive leadership in global environments. Her passion stems from a childhood spent across three continents, as well as international travel, study and nearly two decades leading projects in global corporations. As founder and CEO of Kazuri Consulting, she works extensively with multinationals as a trainer, strategic advisor and speaker. Tamara’s first book, Women, Intersectionality & Europe is an international Amazon bestseller, and her thought leadership has been featured by several leading publications.
