Danielle Pearl

Danielle Pearl is a proud mum of her daughter Lyra who inspires her every day. Born and raised in Oxford and now living in the Lake District in England, Danielle spent her childhood reading everything she could get her hands on. Still an avid reader, Danielle is in her happy place with a cup of Earl Gray tea and a good fantasy romance novel.

With a BA (Hons) Degree in Performing Arts, Danielle has been a professional singer as her alter ego ‘Miss Pearl’ for a decade. Having more recently trained in all aspects of children's mental health and supporting learning, Danielle was the director of an educational children's charity who specialised in learning through play and imagination. It was during this time that Danielle had the idea for her own series of storybooks and decided to channel her passion for creativity into writing stories to captivate young imaginations and promote self confidence and resilience in children.
