Sidonie Bouchet

Sidonie Bouchet is a French-Australian author and wholistic practitioner dedicated to guiding sensitive empaths towards deep transformation and inner alignment. Through her writings, she offers grounded insight and inspiration for those wanting to evolve and reconnect with their inner light.

Sidonie is the author of the 5-book series, The Lightworker Guide (Your Role, Mission & Purpose; The Spiritual Journey; Healing Practices; Connection & Community; Your Purpose & Service).

In her subsequent series, The Lightworker Journey, she explores the deeper dimensions of the modern spiritual path. This collection includes: The Respected Lightworker: Honouring Your Light, Owning Your Power; The Balanced Lightworker: Integrating Light & Shadow Beyond Spiritual Bypassing; The Lightworker Lover: Sacred Union for the Awakened Heart; and The Drugless Lightworker: A Clear Vessel for Soul Sovereignty.

Her first book, Alleluia (2013), chronicles her personal spiritual journey from darkness into light. With The Silent Exile, she brings vital awareness to the devastating subject of parental alienation.

Prior to focusing on writing, Sidonie studied Philosophy, Counselling Psychology, Natural Medicine, and European Communication, alongside working in editorial publishing.

From 2000 to 2012, she brought together Lightworkers for ceremonial performances, including at the renowned Woodford Folk Festival in Australia. In 2011, she founded the Soul Sex Facebook page, an international community for self-empowerment and deep relational dialogue.
