Jack Cullinane

Jack L. Cullinane IV is a millennial neurodivergent polymath with a unique talent for distilling complex issues into actionable solutions. Born and raised in Colorado, he grew up in an upper middle-class household shaped by his entrepreneurial father’s hard work. However, the Great Financial Crisis dramatically altered his family’s trajectory, leaving them on the brink of homelessness during his formative years. Professionally, Cullinane has excelled as a business analyst and strategic technologist in the finance and healthcare and public education sectors. He is also a Senior Advisor on a local political campaign in Baltimore County.
