Roberto Negro was born and lives in Milan, but his roots stretch across three beloved corners of Italy: Salento, Alta Val Tidone, and Liguria. From his Salento-born paternal grandparents, he inherited a deep connection to the South—its red soil, crystal-clear sea, and timeless traditions—spending every August there from age eight to fifty. From his maternal grandparents in Piacenza, he absorbed the quiet charm of the Apennines, where he spent countless weekends and entire summers in Alta Val Tidone.

Liguria added yet another layer to his identity: a cherished winter and summer retreat during childhood, and later, a haven for reflection and inspiration.

Professionally, Roberto works in digital innovation and has traveled extensively for business, visiting most parts of Italy and over 60 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the U.S., and Asia.
