Donna Rae

Donna is not someone who can sit still for long and, as a result, has become a master at reinvention. She’s been an accountant, a Chief Financial Officer, a waiter, a General Manager and a university lecturer. She’s taught students from six to 76 in formal education settings, worked in the Moscow Circus, and the high-flying corporate arena.

Above all, Donna is both a teacher of profound wisdom and depth, and a keen student of life.

Coming from a deeply troubled childhood, Donna’s passion from an early age has been to discover how to heal from the trauma trapped inside, and how to embrace freedom and joy.

Donna’s spiritual insight has shown her the deep interconnection between us all. As she puts it, “We are all just potatoes and carrots melting into the gravy in a giant cosmic soup pot.”

While Donna’s passion for healing and growth is as strong as ever, she says it’s time now for her to share what she has learned with the world because everyone deserves to feel whole, empowered and unapologetically themselves.
