Dr. Slim Saidi is an internationally recognized strategy consultant, author, and thought leader specializing in futurization, digital transformation, and public sector innovation. With over 25 years of global experience advising governments and private sector leaders, Dr. Saidi brings a unique combination of academic depth, operational insight, and strategic foresight to every engagement.

He is the Founder and CEO of Z-STRATEGI & CO, a boutique consultancy delivering bold strategies for national visions, digital transitions, and organizational excellence. His firm has successfully led projects across the Middle East and Africa, including government initiatives in Oman, the UAE, and Kuwait.

Dr. Saidi holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from HEC Montréal, and an engineering degree from ENIT, Tunisia. He has held executive roles in both public institutions and private corporations, and served as Partner with KPMG and Arthur D. Little. His expertise spans strategy articulation and execution, excellence frameworks, government advisory, and award-winning transformation programs.

As a former university professor and passionate mentor, Dr. Saidi bridges the gap between theory and practice. He has taught in top institutions across Canada, Tunisia, and the UAE, and continues to coach future leaders and consultants.
