C.R. Johnson is a proud mom, children’s book author, and passionate autism advocate with a background in ABA behavioral health. She is the founder of Start The Conversation Publications LLC. She holds an MBA in Diversity and Leadership and brings years of experience supporting law enforcement professionals through her role in executive operations.

Inspired by her journey raising an autistic son, she created I'm Me, and That's Amazing! to help children understand autism with confidence, joy, and pride. Her stories are filled with heart, encouragement, and the belief that every child deserves to be celebrated for exactly who they are.
