Micah James serves as the Chief Empowerment Officer (CEO) of Empowering Financial Coaching, LLC, bringing a wealth of experience from her background in education, ministry, and coaching. Inspired by her own financial challenges and triumphs—and the support that made a difference—Micah co-founded Empowering Financial Coaching alongside her partner, Charles Roberts. Together, they are dedicated to serving as accountability partners and cheerleaders for their clients. Their coaching program is designed to help individuals and families discover personalized strategies to achieve financial empowerment and lasting success.
