I am a former bank manager and pharmaceutical project manager who turned to mindfulness to navigate the growing demands of modern life. After years of experiencing poor sleep, scattered focus, and a constant sense of overload, I discovered the transformative power of daily habits—starting with meditation, early rising, and structured productivity.
Drawing on both personal insight and professional discipline, I began writing practical, accessible books to help others overcome similar struggles. My titles include The Mindfulness Habit, The Focus Habit, The Sleep Habit, The To-Do List Habit, and my most challenging (to write) Magic Memeory. I hope that each offer simple yet effective tools for building a calmer, more intentional life.
An early riser by choice, I thank my 5am start for renewed energy, clarity, and purpose—an experience I share in The 5AM Habit.
I try to ensure that my writing blends lived experience with real-world strategies, aimed at busy people seeking balance, focus, and lasting change.
My latest project, running alongside the self help books is my series of foundational fiction books. Each title, is an old book that deserves to be better known. They are all important in their particular genre. My aim is to create a library of quality books that will enable people to discover books that they may not otherwise find. Each book has an introduction, author biography, and a piece on the context and legacy of the book. I want to enhance ther reader experience.
