Ally Walker

Ally Walker is an actress, filmmaker, and debut novelist whose career spans over three decades in television and film. She is best known for her roles in Profiler, Universal Soldier, While You Were Sleeping, and Sons of Anarchy. Her bestselling debut psychological thriller, The Light Runner, showcases her gift for emotional storytelling and cinematic suspense—evoking the psychological tension of Gone Girl and The Sixth Sense, with echoes of Shutter Island and Inception.

Walker also directed Far More, which won Best Screenplay at the Milan International Film Festival, and produced the award-winning documentary For Norman... Wherever You Are, highlighting LA County’s foster care system.

A graduate of UC Santa Cruz with a BA in biology, she lives in Los Angeles with her husband, three sons, and a bulldog.
