J.J Mathieu

J.J. Mathieu is a writer, astrologer and full-time mom with a background in corporate and academic Communication. She earned a Master's Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island and is a graduate of Debra Silverman's School of Applied Astrology. J.J. has been writing in a variety of contexts since she was a child crafting fiction books with pencil and spiral-bound notebook in hand. She has worn many hats during her career, but all have centered around or have been influenced by her love of writing.

J.J.’s work has appeared on The Barre Blog and Moms Into Fitness. Her personal challenges serve as the foundation of her writing, which focuses on inspiring others to see their own lives through a lens of deep compassion and love for themselves and others.

In addition to writing, J.J. loves reading, baking, mindful movement and anything chocolate and sparkly.
