Xavier Jones

Pastor Xavier L. Jones is a visionary leader, author, and dynamic communicator committed to transforming lives through the power of God’s Word. As the Founder and Lead Pastor of Transformation Church Miami, he leads with a passion to see people encounter God, discover their purpose, and fulfill their destiny. His ministry is built upon the vision: “Transformed People, Transforming People.”

A respected prophetic voice and revivalist, Pastor Jones has ministered throughout South Florida, across the United States, and in the U.S. Virgin Islands. He is also the founder of Prayer Tribes, a global prayer movement reaching and praying with more than 5,000 people daily, helping believers grow in faith, prayer, and spiritual maturity.

In addition to ministry, Pastor Jones serves as an Assistant Fire Chief and Paramedic, providing leadership in public safety and emergency services. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Florida International University, a Bachelor of Arts in Theology, and a Bachelor of Science in Fire Science and Emergency Management.

Pastor Jones is dedicated to raising leaders, building communities, and advancing the Kingdom of God through preaching, prayer, leadership development, and community impact. His mission is simple: to help people encounter God, discover purpose, and experience transformation.
