Bikramjit Debnath

Bikramjit leads the Microsoft Azure cloud business across India & South Asia, overseeing revenue, strategy, marketing, operations, and market share growth. With over 21 years of leadership experience across India and the U.S., Bikram has held leadership roles across technology sales, business development, global alliances, and consulting. Prior to Microsoft, he led the strategy and transformation office for the CK Birla Group, driving high-impact turnaround initiatives across group companies.

He is the author of Essential Solutions Architect’s Handbook, published by Asia’s largest IT publisher. A passionate believer in human-centered innovation, Bikram is a Design Thinking leader and coach trained at MIT Sloan, Columbia Business School, and Tuck School of Business.

Outside of his corporate role, Bikramjit serves as a mentor board member with India Accelerator, the largest startup accelerator in India, collaborating with VC firms to nurture startups. He is also a certified Independent Director and part of KPMG’s Board Leadership Center in India.

His work leading Microsoft’s contribution to India’s national MOOC platform, SWAYAM, was recognized by the Honourable President of India.

Bikramjit is a professional visual artist and holds an engineering degree in computer science from the University of Kalyani and an Executive MBA from IIM Lucknow.
